Terms and Conditions
THESE RULES ESTABLISH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH WE GRANT YOU ACCESS TO OUR PREMISES AND PROVIDE GAMING OR OTHER SERVICES TO YOU. BY ENTERING OUR PREMISES OR UTILIZING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AS A STRICT PRE-CONDITION. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.
1. DEFINITIONS
Within these Rules, the following terms carry specific meanings:
“Casino” / “Premises”: Refers to the physical Coral Island Casino property where gaming and services are provided.
“Gaming”: Refers to any gambling activities licensed and permitted under UK regulatory laws.
“Gaming Rules”: The specific terms and conditions governing any gaming offered to you, including our gaming leaflets, promotional terms, tournament rules (e.g., poker events), and any table limits or restrictions communicated by Management.
“Management” / “We” / “Us” / “Our”: Refers to Coral Island Casino, encompassing the on-site management team, directors, officers, and our professional advisors.
“Other Rules”: Encompasses all terms governing your interaction with us, including Gaming Rules, Membership Rules, Rewards Terms, Privacy Policy, promotional terms, and any other relevant policies.
“Privacy Policy“: Our updated framework detailing how your personal data is utilized.
“You” / “Your”: Refers to the customer, whether visiting the Premises or utilizing our services.
2. AMENDMENT
Management reserves the right to modify or update these Rules at any given time. Such changes become effective immediately upon being displayed within the Premises. Your continued presence in the Casino or use of our services constitutes your full acceptance of any revised Rules.
3. OTHER RULES
You are required to strictly adhere to all “Other Rules.” You understand that violating these rules may result in your exclusion from the Premises, the voiding of your bets and winnings, or further disciplinary actions as mandated by our gaming licenses.
4. ENTRY
4.1 You acknowledge and agree to the following:
As the property owner, we reserve the absolute right to permit or deny entry to any individual, or to suspend a customer at any time, at our sole discretion.
We are under no obligation to provide a reason or an avenue for appeal regarding entry or suspension decisions, and all such rulings by Management are final.
5. AGE
You must be at least 18 years of age to legally enter our Premises.
6. IDENTIFICATION
6.1 You recognize our ongoing right to request valid identification. This includes our right to capture and retain a photographic image of you prior to admission or at any point we deem necessary.
6.2 Where any imagery or record (including CCTV footage) qualifies as identifying “personal data,” you agree that we may store, utilize, and, if legally required, share this data to (i) fulfill the obligations in our Privacy Policy, and (ii) comply with legal mandates, including the prevention of fraud, crime, or other unlawful activities.
7. GAMING, GENERAL RULES AND YOUR CONDUCT
7.1 You acknowledge and agree to abide by the following operational standards:
All gaming will be conducted strictly per the applicable Gaming and Other Rules. We reserve the right to void bets, cancel winnings, and revoke loyalty points for any breach of these rules.
We will withhold gaming payouts if we know or reasonably suspect that winnings were obtained through cheating. “Cheating” involves any action designed to eliminate the element of chance, secure an unfair advantage, or subvert the core mechanics of a game.
No unauthorized gambling is permitted; only licensed Gaming explicitly offered by us may take place on the Premises.
Guests are strictly prohibited from lending money or extending credit to one another for gambling purposes.
All Gaming is subject to adherence to any active Other Rules.
To ensure the safety of our staff and patrons, we reserve the right to search customers and their personal belongings at any time.
We retain the absolute right to prohibit the entry of any personal items or articles we deem inappropriate or unsafe.
Animals are strictly prohibited, with the sole exception of registered assistance dogs. We reserve the right to request official documentation validating the legitimacy of any assistance animal for health and safety reasons.
You may not copy, adapt, or utilize our branding, logos, trademarks, or facility details to falsely imply an association or endorsement.
The use of cameras, audio recorders, or visual recording devices is strictly forbidden without explicit prior consent from Management.
No other electronic devices (covert or otherwise) may be used on the Premises.
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited while actively Gaming (whether at live tables, electronic terminals, or slot machines).
The privacy of all guests must be respected; unsolicited intrusions, including asking for autographs, are forbidden.
Customers wearing inappropriate attire may be denied entry.
Personal or social relationships between guests and our casino staff are strictly forbidden.
Alcohol is served strictly in accordance with our liquor license, meaning service is limited to permitted hours. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service or eject patrons to maintain compliance with this license.
Our core policy dictates that everyone—guests and staff alike—deserves dignity and respect. We will eject or take action against anyone engaging in aggressive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening behavior, especially when the safety or well-being of others is compromised.
8. LIABILITY
8.1 We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, nor for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8.2 Subject to Sections 9.1 and 12, you agree that neither We, our Management, nor our staff shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses stemming from your gambling activities or use of our Premises and services.
9. SAFER GAMBLING
9.1 We recognize that gambling can negatively impact some individuals. As a responsible operator, we provide comprehensive resources in the Casino regarding safer gambling steps, including industry-wide self-exclusion tools. Please consult our on-site leaflets or speak to Management for assistance.
9.2 If you enter a self-exclusion agreement or utilize voluntary player-control tools, you agree not to attempt to breach these limits or enter the Casino. If you successfully circumvent these safeguards, you acknowledge that: (i) we are not liable for any consequences arising from your breach, and (ii) any funds wagered, along with any resulting winnings, will be entirely forfeited.
10. DISPUTES
10.1 Should you have a complaint regarding our Gaming services, you must follow the formal complaints and disputes procedure outlined in our Gaming Disputes leaflet, available within the Casino.
11. PRIVACY
11.1 By registering with us, you provide personal and contact details. You acknowledge that we will process this data in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Specifically, you note that:
We reserve the right to share your data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and industry groups to prevent and detect crime, fraud, cheating, or to enforce self-exclusions.
Depending on your selected preferences during sign-up, we may send you marketing and promotional offers. You reserve the right to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
12. PROPERTY AND PERSONAL EFFECTS
Casino property must not be removed from the Premises. Furthermore, any personal belongings you bring into the Casino are entirely at your own risk. We, including Management and staff, accept zero responsibility or liability for the loss, theft, or damage of your personal property. Securing your items is solely your responsibility.
13. GENERAL
13.1 If any court or competent regulatory authority deems any part of these Rules (or Other Rules) invalid or unenforceable, that specific clause shall be severed, and the remainder of the Rules will remain in full legal force and effect.
13.2 These Rules, and any subsequent disputes or claims (including non-contractual ones), are governed by English law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
PLAYER REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Joining the loyalty programme is entirely free and strictly voluntary.
2. All newly enrolled members will automatically start on the ‘Black’ tier. Access to all higher tiers is by our exclusive invitation and depends on meeting specific earning thresholds.
3. Players qualify for upgraded loyalty tiers by earning the following Reward Points within a single calendar year:
15000 to 30000 Points = Silver Card
30001 Points and over = Gold Card
4. To acquire an ‘Advantage’ Rewards card, applicants must be at least 18 years old and successfully verify their identity to the complete satisfaction of Coral Island Casino.
5. The perks associated with the Advantage Rewards programme are strictly reserved for the named account holder.
6. Advantage Rewards cards may only be used to track the personal gameplay and accumulate points for the registered account holder. Sharing your card or distributing it to other players to harvest points is a direct violation of programme rules.
7. Coral Island Casino, alongside its parent companies, subsidiaries, and agents, bears no responsibility for lost or stolen cards, nor for any misuse that occurs as a result.
8. Reward Points may be earned and spent exclusively at Coral Island Casino, subject to standard membership requirements.
9. Points are generated exclusively through tracked slot machine and electronic gaming play. You do not earn points on live table games, food and beverage purchases, or via promotional/free-play tickets.
10. Reward Points accumulate at the following exact rates:
1 Point per £3 wagered on Slots.
1 Point per £10 wagered on Electronic Roulette.
11. A single (1x) Reward Point holds a nominal value of £0.01 but can never be exchanged for hard cash.
12. 100 Reward Points equate to £1 in reward value.
13. Depending on their Advantage tier, customers unlock the following perks:
Silver Card: 20% discount on drinks and 50% discount on food.
Gold Card: 50% discount on drinks, 1 complimentary food item (then 50% off subsequent food), and 1 free taxi ride home (capped at a maximum value of £20 per gaming day).
14. It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure their Advantage Rewards card is correctly inserted into the electronic terminal during play.
15. All accrued Reward Points are subject to final review and verification by Management.
16. Reward Points remain active as long as the participant visits the Casino and uses their card at least once every 60 days. Following 60 days of inactivity, points will expire on a rolling basis.
17. Management retains the right to adjust account balances at their discretion to rectify operator errors, computer glitches, machine malfunctions, fraud, or card misuse.
18. Reward Points can only be redeemed for playable credits on Slots and Electronic Roulette (subject to a minimum redemption of 100 Reward Points).
19. Unless Management dictates otherwise, all point redemptions are final and cannot be reversed.
20. Before allowing the redemption of Reward Points, Coral Island Casino must satisfactorily verify the participant’s identity.
21. We may run special promotions or strategic partnerships that deposit Bonus Reward Points directly into a member’s account.
22. A player’s Advantage tier is calculated strictly using base gaming Reward Points and manual adjustments. Promotional Bonus Points do not count toward tier upgrades.
23. By holding an Advantage Rewards card, you agree to the following core rules:
a) All rewards and benefits are subject to physical availability.
b) Coral Island Casino may modify or terminate these rules, or any specific reward, at any time without prior justification.
c) We reserve the right to unilaterally upgrade or downgrade any Advantage Rewards account.
d) Unless publicly varied by us, the standard earning and redemption cycle runs annually from January 1st to December 31st.
24. Gold and Silver tiers are governed by supplementary rules. By holding these cards, you agree to be bound by these additional terms, which are available upon request.
25. Upon the unfortunate death of an Advantage Rewards member, their membership will be immediately canceled, and all accumulated Reward Points will be permanently forfeited.
26. Advantage Rewards cards remain the exclusive property of Coral Island Casino, must be surrendered upon request, and are entirely non-transferable (including in cases of divorce or death).
27. Coral Island Casino holds sole authority over the interpretation of these rules and eligibility requirements. All decisions made by Management are final.
28. We reserve the right to alter or cancel this programme for any reason. If modified, the changes will not retroactively devalue points you have already earned but not spent (as of the modification date). If the programme is canceled entirely, all unredeemed points will be voided immediately upon cancellation, with no recourse or compensation available to the player. Advance notice will be provided for modifications or cancellations.
29. We reserve the right to reject applications or revoke existing memberships if an individual violates these Terms & Conditions or misuses the card. Fraudulent activity will trigger immediate termination of the membership and the revocation of all associated privileges.
30. Individuals who are currently excluded from the premises (either voluntarily, via the SENSE scheme, or at our discretion) are strictly prohibited from participating in the loyalty programme. If a member becomes excluded, their Advantage Rewards account and entire point balance will be immediately canceled and forfeited.
31. Any member may formally request to be removed from the programme at any time. We will promptly honor this request, effectively canceling their account and forfeiting any remaining Reward Points.
32. If a member owes outstanding debts to Coral Island Casino, all Player Rewards benefits will be frozen until the financial obligation is settled in full.
33. Active participation in this programme constitutes full agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
34. In the unlikely event of Coral Island Casino permanently closing, all active Reward Points and member benefits will instantly become null and void.
35. To provide these services, we must collect confidential personal data. Our data handling procedures are strictly defined in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
36. If you have a dispute regarding the loyalty programme or any gambling-related matter, you must first submit your complaint to Casino Management. Detailed information regarding our formal Complaints procedure is available on-site upon request.
37. We reserve the right to unilaterally change point earning rates, redemption values, and member benefits. However, we guarantee that concerning point accrual linked to gaming:
a) Point earning and redemption will remain proportionate to the member’s extended gameplay over time;
b) Earning and redeeming points will never be contingent upon a player gambling for a pre-determined duration or frequency;
c) The programme will not incentivize players to rapidly accrue or spend points faster than they naturally would;
d) Any adjustments to point values or benefits directly tied to financial spend will remain fair and proportionate.
38. These terms, and any connected disputes, are strictly governed by English law. All Advantage Rewards participants agree that:
a) They irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales for resolving disputes.
b) They waive any right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction outside of England and Wales.
39. This programme is void wherever restricted or entirely prohibited by law.
